Follow our simple ordering process at www.myslimshop.com. Browse the full range of MySlimShop.com products under the products tab on the main menu. Then fill in the size and quantity you would like in the selector box on the right of the screen and follow the simple checkout process. Ordering online is convenient and secure.
• Order by Phone - Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.466.7849, from Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - Eastern Time. Leave a message outside these hours and we'll call you back within 24 hours.
• Order by Email - You can also email your order to us! – info@myslimshop.com - Please specify what product you are ordering and where you would like your product to be shipped Be sure to include your phone number along with your name, address, and order description.

To ensure your security, your credit card information will be processed offline using the Paypal credit card processing system, one of the world's largest and most secure payment processors. Be sure that the billing name and address that you give matches what your credit card company has on file. This is most likely the address that your credit card bill goes to. If it does not match, it may cause delays to your order or may cause your order to be declined.
With a credit card payment, you will notice the charge on your bill or statement within 2 business days. MySlimShop.com will appear on your card statement.

Using Discount Codes
Discount codes are often used when we have special offers for our customers. To take advantage of the discount code, place the item or items the discount applies to in your shopping cart and please hit the recalculate button to update the pricing when you apply the discount coupon in your cart. Please check the order to make sure that the discount was applied to your item. If you notice an error or have difficulties, please contact one of our Customer Service Specialists.

Out of Stock (Backorders)
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may be out-of-stock on certain products. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If we’ve sold out you will be offered an alternative and we will tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. You will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then MySlimShop.com reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Backordered items, if shipped separately, will incur additional shipping charges.
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
Because we try to get your products to you as soon as possible, there is limited time for you to cancel. If you made your purchase on our website, you must cancel the same day. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.
The only exceptions may be orders that have gone into backorder and orders with a declined credit card that has not been successfully processed yet.

Sales taxes may apply to your order depending on where you live. Please check your area below for more details.
Orders Delivered to Quebec, Canada
The 5% Federal Sales Tax (GST) and the 7.5 % Provincial Sales Tax (PST) are applied to orders delivered to Quebec addresses.
• Orders Delivered to the Rest of Canada (excluding Quebec)
• Only the 5% Canadian Federal Sales Tax will be applied to these orders, except for New Brunswick, New Foundland and Nova Scotia who will be charged for the HST 13%.
• No Sales Taxes for U.S. Customers
• Canadian sales taxes do not apply to U.S. customers. Therefore, our U.S. customers are not charged any sales taxes, Canadian or American, provided their order is delivered to an address in the U.S.
Prices
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to Canadian dollars and pay the appropriate amount.
